Working with me…
My approach is warm and direct, with a healthy dose of humor. Together we’ll explore what’s worked in your life so far, and what you know you need to change. You determine your course and your goals, and together we’ll make it happen.
I tend to work with clients who are ready (and willing) to get radically honest with themselves, reduce the stress and complexity in their lives, and live a life with more connection and meaning. My goal is to support you in creating a life you truly want to live rather than escape from.
I work with a variety of issues including anxiety and depression, life transitions, grief, trauma, sexuality, financial literacy, mindset, habits for success, boundaries, and burnout. I'm a wife, mother and business owner who has experienced and recovered from burnout several times in my career. Many of us are juggling a lot of different roles, and it can be difficult to zoom out and make sense of our lives, much less make meaningful changes.
The therapeutic relationship is a sacred one, so it's incredibly important to me that my clients feel comfortable giving me feedback (as I will with them), feel seen and heard in our sessions, and feel both validated AND challenged throughout our time together. If this style of counseling and coaching speaks to you, feel free to reach out!

The first few sessions, we’ll focus on building our relationship and rapport. It’s important that you feel comfortable with me and that we develop trust. I’ll be assessing your current needs, gathering background and history, and support you in formulating goals.
From there, we’ll beginning the more active phase of therapy—you’ll process your emotions and gain insight, work towards goals by taking small steps each week, and learn the skills and strategies you need to succeed.
I don’t expect my clients to be in therapy forever—just the opposite, in fact. Over time, you’ll come in less and less, and once you feel ready to terminate, we’ll celebrate that. Many of my clients like knowing they have the option to return if something comes up in the future.
